From vision to reality: Non-existent. Invisible. Transparent
Let us tell you our story about a bus.
It is common that people don‘t like buses because they are dark and enclosed spaces.
Compare the two images below. Which view would you choose?
The preference is clear. While traveling without a bus we could see the whole city instead of a crowded bus cabin. However, when walking is not an option, the main problem remains: how to make our preference possible?
There can be endless ways to design a body of a bus. It could be curvy, formless hard edge, amorphic, modern classics. However, any design becomes boring and old fashioned and none of them solves our problem.
But what if we detached the body from the wheels and remove the former?
We could let the light inside as well as avoid enclosed dark space and constantly aging design.
When we look at the bus from outside we usually see this prosaic and opaque moving body.
Without the body we could see the whole city instead.
So, do we say that there should be NO BUSES at all? Not exactly.
Should it be INVISIBLE? We hope that one day, maybe in fifty or a hundred years, it will.
But today we definitely say that it should be TRANSPARENT.
